About Bella
Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Art Therapist | Creative Speaker | Advocate
Bella Hudson, MS, LMHC, ATR-BC

Hi, I'm Bella, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH22581) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (#20-348) in Orlando, Florida, ho is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate the pressures of perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, and the expectations they carry. Whether it's the pressure to succeed, the fear of making mistakes, or the struggle to put their own needs first, I help clients move beyond the expectations that hold them back and reconnect with who they are beneath the pressure. Through an integrative and creative approach to therapy, I support clients in building self-trust, embracing imperfection, and creating lives that feel more authentic, balanced, and aligned with their values.
From an early age, art became a meaningful way for me to process emotions, express what words could not always capture and create a sense of comfort during overwhelming moments. Through my own experience with artmaking, I discovered its ability to provide space for reflection, self-expression, and healing long before I knew it could become part of my professional path.
I have always been drawn to supporting others, and discovering the field of art therapy felt like a natural integration of my passions for creativity, psychology, and human connection. I believe art can offer a powerful pathway for exploring emotions, gaining insight, and reconnecting with parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked or pushed aside.
Outside of the therapy space, I am a wife, eldest daughter, and friend. I love my daily coffee, reading, spending time with friends & family, traveling, and going to the beach.

EXPERTISE & FOCUS -
I help children, teens, and adults navigate the pressures of perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, and the need to meet expectations. Through an integrative approach that combines talk therapy and art therapy, we work to understand the patterns beneath these struggles and build a stronger sense of self.
You might be in the right place if you...
-
Feel pressure to get everything right or fear making mistakes.
-
Worry about disappointing others or struggle to say no.
-
Put everyone else's needs before your own.
-
Feel anxious about school, work, relationships, or expectations.
-
Struggle with an inner critic that never seems to quiet down.
-
Find it difficult to rest, slow down, or feel good enough, even when you're doing your best.
These patterns can show up in different ways at different stages of life, whether it's a child struggling with the fear of getting something wrong, a teen feeling pressure to succeed or fit in, or an adult who has spent years being the dependable one.
Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, strengthen self-trust, and find healthier ways to navigate emotions, relationships, and expectations.
You don't have to be perfect, keep everyone happy, or have it all figured out to be enough. You deserve to feel comfortable being yourself, and I'd be happy to support you along the way.
